🌍 Pride is everywhere—but not always easy.

From D.C. to Istanbul to São Paulo, Pride celebrations are lighting up the globe. But this year, they’re also coming with a heavier edge. The Pride month vibes are off, but there's still hope.

In D.C., Trump’s weak attempt to spoil Pride didn’t make much of a splash—but this excellent opinion piece argues that any attempt he makes to quash Pride will ultimately fail… even as many foreigners are choosing to stay away.

And in California, two teens were arrested on suspicion of a hate crime at a Pride event.

Never the less, travel remains one of the most joyful forms of resistance. So we’re keeping tabs on what’s happening, where it’s safe, and how to make the most of it.
